LTQ will continue, "The Challenge of Jesus."
Pilgrim's Progress will resume September 15th.
We will be using "Lesson Plans That Work", which are
sponsored and written by The Episcopal Church and
promoted by the Presiding Bishop. Our class will follow
the Lectionary and will discuss the Bible readings from the
current Sunday. Some more explanation if you just left
the 9:00 service and preparation for those who are going
to the 11:15.

Trinity's Musical Theatre Outreach Camp will produce Disney's "Aristocats Kids" this year. This day camp is free and will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday. The performance will be on Friday, August 2 at 5:30 p.m. (Tickets $10 at the door)

A jazz mass written by Bob Chilcott will be presented by the Trinity Schola Choir and a jazz combo as the service music during the Eucharist at 5:00 p.m. Styled on the music of Manhattan Transfer and Rare Silk (jazz vocal groups), this music is easy listening, beautiful, and will send your spirits soaring. The annual Independence Day Celebration and Picnic begins at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 3rd at St. Margaret’s in west Little Rock. We are excited to announce that Pulaski County Sheriff Eric Higgins will be our guest speaker. Prior to being elected Sheriff, Mr. Higgins served the Little Rock Police Department for 30 years, including over 10 years as Assistant Police Chief. Chief Higgins has also volunteered with the Exodus Project, assisting inmates as they prepare to re-enter life and work after prison. After a festive worship service, all are invited to stay for a picnic on the grounds. The Men’s Group will be serving hot dogs and hamburgers outside on the grounds. There will be games and fun activities for all to enjoy. There will also be a parade… so decorate your bikes, wagons, golf carts, etc. and bring them out for the occasion!

Beautiful poetry and music from a book of the Bible sometimes referred to as “Song of Songs” will be included in the 5:00 p.m. Rite III Eucharist. This solemn but sensitive music will occur in the form of anthems both familiar and new sung by the Cathedral Schola. An ice cream social will follow this service.
